Why not just get the factory set up from GM?

Why do you need one? Do you have a plow or VYU snow plow prep? There is a TSB out for these truck for overheating.

I want it for performance. I looked on ebay and can't find one. I have not checked the stealer because I figured it would be the most expensive. GM parts direct does not have the setup; all they have is the separate parts. It adds up to around $360. I read somewhere that you can get them for around $250. I just can't find anywhere that sells them for less than $350 or so. Any suggestions?

Check out www.eadperformance.com. They were selling 05 GM electric fan set-ups for $250. It is the easiest way to go because it is bolt-on. Then either get a fan controller or have a ecm tuner turn on the output on your ecm for the electric fans.
