Sorry, but i've looked everywhere...

What is the difference between 4Hi and 4Low? I know 4Low kicks absolute ass when you're buried...ive used it before (on my sister's 98 Jimmy)

From what i understood, 4-Low uses...all 4 wheels? but she doesnt have a locker in the back (g80)

Im confused-lol.

It is just a lower drive gear so you get lots more torque in 4L.

Nothing to do with the G80 if you have a G80 it works in 4l and 4H

The same drive system to the 4 wheels in 4l and 4H.

When in 4 hi or 2 hi gearing is 1.1 when put in to 4 lo the gear ratio is 2.72 to one ratio. In 4 hi or 4 low the t-case is engaged and sends power to the front driveshaft. There is a electric motor on the front diff tha engages the axles.
