Just ordered my Smitty Built nurf bars

Well the income tax came in and "MOM" let me order a set of nurf bars.  My excuse was it would help her get in since she's so short.  They should be hear by next Friday..

 Great lookin rig, same only difference between mine and yours is mine is a Sierra.  What lift kit did you in stall, that is might be getting installed right after my BF Goodrich All Terrin.  

One question, what did you use to paint the door handles and how did you prep the plactic?

See from the plates your a fellow Texan, which part?  I'm origanally from El Paso, but Uncle Sam has me living in Alaska.

Im in SA.

Dont tell anyone, but i used the old rattle can for the handles.

I used another set of handles tho, in case it didnt turn out well, but theyre great.

 

I sanded as best i could, used some Bond-Aid first to help adhesion to the plastic, then a few coats of high gloss white

 

Been a few months now and theyre holding up great.

 

So good, that if they wear or chip, ill just remove and redo them.

 

The top of my bumper im gonna get done tho.  

 

Its a ProComp lift w/ 315x75x16 Xterrains.
