Hey all!

I just recently bought a 1999 GMC Sierra SLE Z71 ex cab 3 door shortbed

pewter extrerior / navy interior 285/75 16 Kelly Safari AT on stock chrome wheels

 

My first 3 autos where S-10's, two lowrider trucks and one 4x4 blazer

 

I am a former import tuner Yea I know. I got out b/c it is turning to BS trends, plus I've needed a truck for work for like 3 yrs now. Also, my car was in ruff shape from Katrina.

 

Anyways, I've already leaned alot stuff about what I thought was wrong with my truck. ABS module and the like. I think forums are awesome.

 

I plan on getting a lift soon as I decide which one I want. Preferably one that does not require cutting and destruction. Maybe a 6" superlift with 35" tires.

 

I also plan on a new paint job. Leaning toward the stock dark gray GM color. nothing crazy. It's just a truck. I've learned my lesson on customizing.

Welcome to the forum. I lived in Biloxi a few years back while I was in the Air Force. Also had come back down last year for a couple weeks to do hurican relief with the Red Cross. Couldn't believe the destruction, it is good to hear you are doing well.
