I was coming out of the bank today and I heard this engine revving and squeeling tires and looked up and there was this big caddy speeding off. I looked where he took off and there was this guy screaming, prancing, and throwing his hands up in the air. So I put two and two together.

did you help him? did you get the liscence of the vehicle that hit the guy?

No, I couldn't help much. By the time I got there the guy in the caddy was long gone. I noticed that the guy was ok, just mad, and there was already 2 guys calling the olice so I figured they could help more than I could.
