Exhaust

Hey guys whats up?

 

well after gettin a tool box for my truck for christmas i hope this summer to put an exhaust system on my 97 silverado z71 ext cab.

 

what do yall have and what do yall recommend as far as sound, performance, and gas mileage.

I've got a flowmaster dual exhaust on mine and love it.  It sounds Bad A$$ and no performance loss.  Just make sure you talk to a good exhaust shop or other truck owners so you know what to get so it has the proper backpressure

I would definately go with the flowmaster products they are bada$$.  They will reduce back pressure and add a very aggressive tone to your truck.  You will be very pleased.

I have heard nothing but god things about the flows.

 

Although, the only system I have seen with proven power gains is the Power Vault system. I hear it is a great kit and is built to last. If I had money and got another exhaust it would be Power Vault or Flows. The PV website is here
