2"drop shackles installed today.

Just an FYI:

 

Today I installed Belltech 2" drop shackles 0n an '06 C1500 extended cab Silverado. Simple install using hand tools. It took about 1.5hrs as I had to remove the tow hitch. The shaft angle changed .9 of a degree. It makes no vibration and drives great.

 

With less than a degree of change on the shaft I don't think it needs to be shimmed. Opinions are welcome.
