Escalade OBD2 protocol

My scan tool (autotap) will not work on the '03 Escalade, but will on just about every other GM truck I've tried. Is there anything unusual about this vehicle's data bus? Thanks.

Is your scantool getting power from the OBD port? Reason I ask is I had the same problem a couple weeks ago. Turned out there was no power, had to replace the fuse for the cigerate lighter to get the power to the OBD port.
