Rear Foglights for Z71Tahoe

I was wandering if anyone has seen a new Z71 Tahoe with the lights in the roof rack.  In the Tahoe Brochure they show the Z71 Tahoe with the option of the rear facing lights that fit in the roof rack, but I have yet to see one on the road.  My best friend's mom just got one and she wants those lights, I told her I would install them for her if I found them.  Any help guys?

I remember a little addendum coming with some info I asked for from GM (back in early 2001).  It said something to the effect that the light's supplier couldn't meet demands.  I think they said, (but I'm not sure) the lights would be available on next model year's truck (2002). I've also have in the back of my mind that someone said the lights have been discontinued.  ??? Wish I could help more.

 

BTW.....do the new roof racks still have the roller on the last rung from the back?  Cool idea if they do.

Im pretty sure they do, Im not staring at one right now...but I looked at one about 10min ago that had it.
