ongoing problem?

hi i own a 2003 Z-71. my steering groans when turning to the right. its worse when im on the brakes. from seaching the site im assuming this is an ongoing problem. what i need to know is what exactly it could be so i have a little knowledge before i take it in. see, my warranty was up a few weeks ago (i bought it used in december) and i already took it back for the steering wheel cluck/knock. they greased it all up and sent me home. well they fixed the cluck and the groan was minimal and if had stayed minimal i wouldnt be asking your advice, but its worse and im really starting to get turned off of this truck.

Without experiencing it, I can't say exactly what it is. Could be the gearbox or the pump, which isn't a lot of help. If it's very intermittent and only on right turns, I'd have to go with the gearbox.
