Central Sequential Port Injection(CSI) rebuild?

I have a 1998 5.7 vortec and it has a leaking fuel injector i was told that Central Sequential Port Injection(CSI) is not repairable. Is this ture? If it is repairable where do i start. i already got the manifold apart.

I had one injector changed out on it. 97 5.7 . The injectors come out of the fuel body.
