1991 Kodiak

I just bought a 1991 Kodiak. Does anyone know is the radio out of a 1/2 ton fit in this truck?? I was just wondering because I was looking on ebay for one and found one for the kodiak and it is cheap looking ( sliding volume knob) . But I would like to have the digital one if it will fit?????

I don't see why it wouldn't. As far as the dash goes, the parts should fit. I can't say on the wiring though. The digital radio (if I remember properly) is a 2 piece unit. The digital dislpay/ buttons is mainly just the display. The other part of the radio mounts further to the right near the center air vents. Some also have an equalizer (and tape deck?) that mounts directly below the center air vent as well.
