'92 fullsize blazer rear end

My bro blew the rear end (spider gears and carrier) on his '92 full-size blazer a couple weeks ago. We're having a hellofa hard time finding a cheap replacement carrier. He wants to fix it and sell it, so spending a lot of $ isn't high on the priority list, heck an open diff. is fine, lincoln locker isn't though :)

It's a 30 spline axle w/ 8.5" ring gear right? He's got 3.73s, a 350, and it's 4x4 if that helps. Can anyone tell me the P/N for the carrier and spider gears? I've been told the axle shafts are 28, 30, and 32 spline, but our count is 30. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

GM part number on the "open" diff. case carrier is 26010481 and on the spider gear kit (This is a complete side gear kit that gives you the side and pinion gears, pinion gear shaft, shaft lock bolt and all washers) Its part number 12471313.

Thanks for the help. That is probably more $ than he wants to spend. He doesn't need the R&P and bearings. Do they sell just the carrier w/ internals (spider gears, etc.) and if so, what's the P/N and $? Thanks again!

Those two part numbers are the "bare" carrier and internals (The spider gear kit is the "internals")

They don't sell the "non-locking" diff. carrier with the internal gears already in them.

I also should have said that those part numbers WERE NOT the ring & pinion gear kit or any of the bearings.
