Need help picking wheels for 99' 2dr Tahoe

I have a 99' 2 DR Tahoe 4X4 LT with Z71 w/only 44K miles and mint condition. I have a 2" lift and need some new tires/rims. I put on a set of Helo Maxx 6 chrome rims today with the new Goodyear Wrangler AT Silent Armor 305/70/16. Tires look great! Wheels look horrible and am getting them taken off tomorrow! The wheels are for a more contemporary truck whereas my Tahoe looks "old school" and rugged. I am planning to make it look "off-road" by adding a ARB front bumper, maybe a 4" suspension lift, etc. and need some aggressive, muscular looking wheels. Please, can you all give me ideas and pics if possible??

Thanks

You want real aggressive? Mad Max sorta look?

Mojave Teflon is the way to go.

Not bad looking wheels at all. Have you seen the Robby Gordon black wheels with beedlock? Man, those look awesome. My Tahoe is black and I think a set of black wheels with a beedlock with polished bolts would look great. Then, since my Tahoe is a LT, I would have to replace the front and rear bumpers with black also. What do you think?

I've always liked blacked out rides. What might be neat is to go get those chrome bumpers dipped to give them the "black chrome" look.

I've seen those rims, and yeah they're nice too.

BTW, to the best of my knowledge, there aren't any beadlock rims that are DOT approved, so anything along those lines will have to be a fake beadlock.

You put real beadlocks on a truck and start chugging around town, you'll get tickets galore.

Sorry to drag up an old post, but I'm considering the American Racing Teflon wheels and wondered if anyone has run them for a while. How does the finish hold up? Color and resistence to chipping? Do they really help keep things from sticking.
