hey guys ok so i got a question for all you want your opions and everything. So i have 2002 gmc sierra with the 5.3 i have daul exhaust with 3 inch piping going with a flowmaster muffler i always hear how bad they are i did not notice anything bad about it sounds ncie a little faster but what is soo bad about flowmaster and is it really worth the hundred bucks or so to switch to magnoflo or something

sometimes they drone really bad in the cab, and it gets annoying really fast. And they also steal HP, but with a 4x4 truck I don't think thats really going to matter. If you already have it and like it...keep it, but if you were building a new exhaust I would tell you to avoid Dronemaster

I'm looking to u/g the exhaust on my 06' ecsb Sierra and was totally sold on Flowmaster 50 series "delta flow" becuase they specifically talk about reduced cabin noise. I can deal with the slight drone, but has anyone actually dyno'd any of these mufflers?

Chokemasters suck. They really do. When I first got my truck... I acutally paid to get some put on.... 1 month and I hacked the s**t off. My low end went bye-bye. Went to a single 3" with a Borla XR1 and like magic, my truck wasnt a TURD on the bottom end anymore.

Do a search on LS1Tech and PerformanceTrucks.net. Youll see how many people love to hate Flowmaster.
