wire harness for fi into a old truck

does anybody know who would make a wire harness that would allow me to put a 99 vortec 454/4l80e into a old carburated truck ? the motor is a complete take out and comes with the pcm.

I did almost the same exact swap. I put a 97 Vortec 454/4l80E/NP241 into a 1977 chevy. I took all the extra stuff off the motor (emissions, EGR, etc) and Speed Scene out of San Antonio custom built the motor/tranny harness for me with a new program in the pcm for the large tires and deletion of the emissions.

 

I was going to do a 99 motor as well (take out like yours) but was told it was more difficult because of the key/sterring column thing. I guess the key has a specific resistance and is some how linked through the sterring column.

 

I did this swap about 5 years ago maybe things have changed by now. I looking to up the power in the truck looking at twin turbos. If you have any questions about the swap let me know I would be happy to help.
