Since the photo was shot, it's logged 45K miles, gotten a set of Ventvisors, hauled countless loads of Hurricane Katrina debris (a lot of the trees in the background are gone) & developed an interior that looks like a pigsty. Love it!

 

(Actually, it replaced a '99 silver Sportside that I traded to get a V-8. The '99 replaced a '90 Sportside. I guess I'm not very imaginative when it comes to buying new trucks...)

And this is the possum's eye view... (That's my neighbor's 1988 GMC long-bed in the background, still going strong.)

Call it a guess but it sounds like you like the sportsides!

Better keep this one,GM dropped the "E62" sportside bed option after '05.
