GMC Safari 1987

I just bought GMC Safari 1987 model SAF

 

It have 230000km and no rust at all. Its in good shape and this is my first car.

 

I will use it for city only.

 

The question is how good this car is, it have 230000km does it mean its to much?

 

I do not know nothing about cars and I paid $900 for it. Tech said the engine is good.

OK i have a small problem.

Green liquid is comming out each time i park the car. It look like to be engine coolant.

I saw under the can big rubber pipe and it seems to be broken.

 

Can I replace it by my self or its something that require tech?
