End of my rope, and ready to trade

My wife's 03 2500 Burban has had more electrical crap wrong with it than I can even begin to list here, but this one is the best. I'll start by sayn that the stealer has bent over backwards trying to help, but seems like they just can't. The heated drivers seat turns on by itself, a lot. They have replaced every component in the circuit except for the seat itself as of last week. We went on a trip and they just disconected the seats. While driving, I saw the lights for the seat controls flashing and heard relay action under the dash. It would stop temporarily when I pushed on the brakes. This thing is cursed, this like trip number 15 to the shop. They are keeping it until they can finally "duplicate", meanwhile we have their rental (A Ford, irony huh?)

Thanks for letting me vent.:rolleyes:

Also, sorry if this post doesn't quite belong here, but I am looking for help too.

I would trade it if i was you.

Get a toyota or Ford. GM's quality is extremely poor and has gone to hell. I am die hard GM but am extremely disappointed.

I do not considar the Honda Ridgeline a "Truck". If you live in the city, and barely tow anything, or much less haul anything with that coffin of a bed, then i'd say go with it.

I believe the last one i saw, didnt even have a solid rear axle. Thats not a truck...thats a big ugly car. I'd feel more comfortable towing with a solid axle then a 4-wheel independant suspension...maybe its just me.

I sort of have to agree with you on the GM quality issue. My first pickup was an 88 Chevy with a 305. I couldnt kill that thing...not even after the accident.

This truck appears to be falling apart around me...i just snapped the e-brake cable last week...but the e-brake shoes didnt grab in the first place, so it really didnt matter.
