A/C blows hot and cold

Here's a new one. On the driver's side the two vents blow extremely hot. but the passenger side vents blow normal (cold) as they should. help please

The left temp actuator is out of whack. When the control head can't get a proper reading from it, it drives it to the default position, which is full hot.

 

You could try disconnecting the battery for a minute or two, reconnect and start the truck. DON'T TOUCH the a/c controls for at least a minute while it goes through it's reinitilization routine. That *may* get the control head to relearn the left actuator, though there may be a permanent fault.
