99' GMC Denali wont start!

Hi everyone I just bought a 99' GMC Yukon Denali. When I bought the vehicle it had a completely dead battery. I installed a new battery in it and it started up fine. I drove it around the parking lot a little bit, running excellent. I did notice the little security light on the dash. I then parked it, topped off the fluids, and attempted to start it up. It turns over fine and begins to start but then dies, as if its out of gas. Fuel pressure it good, and it has spark. The injectors are not spraying. It will run on a spray can. When I turn it the key to the "on" position, the security light will go out, however it flashes while the engine is turning over. The truck started fine the first few times, and was running great when I turned it off.

I performed the passlock relearn procedure but it did not help. I had a lock and key guy check out the resistance from the key to the PCM, and he claims its normal. He also could not pull up any codes. The security light goes off after a few seconds like it should, but flashes when I try to start the truck, and of course it begins to start for about 1-2 seconds and dies every time. Does anyone have any idea whats wrong? I am really at a loss, and dont want to just start replacing things that work properly. Thanks

Fixed the problem. Turned out a little yellow wire coming off the ignition had become disconnected due to a shotty alarm install job by a prior owner.
