Fuel Pump Question

For the last couple of months my 97 2 dr Tahoe has had trouble starting. A couple tries and it would always start though. Also when I would turn the key I could always hear the fuel pump kick on.

 

Well this morning as I was pulling out it died and wouldn't start up. Couldn't hear the fuel pump either.

 

After replacing the fuel pump relay with no success I assumed it must be the fuel pump.

 

So I dropped the tank and replaced the fuel pump. When I got it all back together still nothing. No sound out of the pump and no start.

 

What direction do I go next?
