part number

Does anyone know a good site to search for parts by number. I've got a box under my dash that I think is causing a noise problem. (electronic chassis control module?) If so, what is it and what does it do?

 

I'm trying to find out what it is. If I apply pressure to it the noise stops. The P/N is 09375899

 

The noise seems to make noise that corresponds with the allison sound based on RPM range. Hope this makes sense.

Only one of the listings were in English and didn't get me anywhere beyond that electronic chassis control module.

Paulie G,First off part number 9375899 has been changed to a new number,It is now part number 9392990,It is actually the Body Control Module or "BCM"

It is not an "electronic chassis control module"

So.......is my alarm chime in my BCM in my 01 2500HD 8.1?

 

Has anyone else noticed it making a vibarating type sound at times. I my do the green wire unplug on the BCM right side harness. I'm wondering if the chime is disabled that the vibrating (rattle) might continue. The sound is completely audio, not pysical.
