AC Blower Noise

I'm experiencing what seems to me to be blower noise under the passenger kick panel. It's making a noise that can best be described as a helicopter. It does not matter what setting the AC is on (I've tried them all). I think it's the blower because it gets louder the higher I turn the fan on. On it's lowest setting, it's hardly noticable, but on high it's very loud.

 

I just replaced the cabin filter and have looked behind the glove compartment for loose debris, etc... You can even hear it faintly outside the truck, but it's not coming from under the hood. The AC still blows cold so everything seems to be in working order, at least for now.

 

Any suggestions?

Same problem with my friend's old Lumina...turned out to be a bad blower motor (bearing?) I put a new one in and it fixed it so, i guess that was it...idk.
