Dual Exhaust and Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover

I just purchased a 2002 black Z71 Tahoe on Saturday.  Can someone tell me where I can find an "OnStar" trailor hitch receiver cover?

 

Also, I hear that adding a dual exhaust will increase gas mileage.  Any truth to this?

Those cheap Onstar covers are/were available at your local GM dealer.

 

True duals will rob you of low-end power on the new Vortec engines. It may help MPG along with a new intake setup (K&N, Volant, UPD, etc)
