GMC Autoride

My Autoride on my 2001 GMC Denali is not working. Any suggestions.

Same thing happen to me last week, blown fuse on the trailer brake circuit. According to GM, same circuit as the auto ride. Try that.

Too hot or cold. Too heavy of a load, or maybe a short in the trailer that it was hooked up to if you had one hooked up. Thats what happen to me

How did you know your autoride was not working?

My 2500 has autoride without the ride-leveling feature.

Supposedly, it adjusts the shocks when I use tow-haul, but I can't tell the difference.

When you have a heavier than normal load or when towing, you should hear a compressor kick in and the ass end raise up. At least thats what my 2004 does

As I mentioned earlier, they don't put the leveling option on the 2500's.

Supposedly, the shocks will firm up, but I can't tell.

$700 option just because I got the 8.1 engine.
