4.3 to 5.7 engine swap

swapped my v6 to a v8 all went fine, truck ran on 4.3 prom with engine light and code 43 [not reading knock sensor] all sensors are off 4.3 except the distributor, changed prom to 5.7 with 4l60e trans ,4x4,and what emission system and gear ratio on my line sheet ,runs great and still have code 43. my truck didnt come with a esc module and wondering now how to get computer to see knock sensor !
