What spline axles do i have (28or30)?

Does anyone know off hand what the spline count are axles in a 1995 gmc sierra 1500 2wd with a 5.7L engine? Thanks, -Nick.

come on, this is a 10 year span in identical parts, no one else has a 88-98 chevy or gmc, give me a break.........

Well I'm sure there are people who know who just haven't seen the thread yet. However, they're not necessarily identical parts, as it would depend on what differential you have, gearing, and whether you have a 'heavy half ton' or not...meaning 10-bolt or 14-bolt.

my bad, i meant to say 10 bolt...i wanted to buy a posi carrier and swap out w/ mine, but they make 28 and 30 spline units... i can pull an axle if i have to, but i was just wandering if anybody knew off hand. its light duty truck by the way.
