Hard start

We've got a 2000 3500 DRW with a 12' dump bed with two fuel tanks. For years now it has started really hard. We had a fuel pump replaced once to correct it and there was no change. It has had starters replaced when it was newer.

 

It rolls over great, it just won't pop off. This is the same weather it sits overnight or for 5 min.

 

It has a 454 with 60k (not impressed with power but I drive an 8.1)

 

It also started of fire last year........but that is another story.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated
