The Yukon is a pretty sweet ride, very very nice, the family would probably love it, I know mine would. Are you keeping your pick-up? If so, personally, I'd get the Yukon. If your dumping it, having a P/U really comes in handy and then maybe the 06 CC would be nice (I have a Chevy 06 CC and it fits 5 comfortably). I was in the same boat your in about 4 months ago. We have 2 kids and want another so the Tacoma wasn't cutting it anymore, so I got the CC, with my luck it will be another set of twins :seeya:

The CC would be the most versatile with cargo and still seat five.

The Sub, fit in a garage, easier wheel-base to park at the mall, seat 7, decent amount of interior cargo (can aways tow if you need more space), if you have two kids-one in each seat cause '...they are touching me...' or for seats go rear buckets for three kids (seat 6 for the less touch sensitive passengers)

The big down to the 07 Sub is the nearly $8000 difference. You were looking at an 06 CC, are you sure about not finding and getting an even better deal on an 06 Sub still in inventory?

Otherwise, the $8000 difference goes hands down to the CC even with $2000 for a topper and other accessories is still a big difference in price.

i absolutely love how the denial P/Us look. esp. when they have the rear flares on the back tires, not the dually, but the single wheels with the wheel well that extends outa little bit
