Tailgate Cable BOLTS?

I just purchased a 2003 GMC Sierra pick-up from my company. It cam with the tailgate off as the previous owner was using a cap. All of the bolts were included to re-install the tailgate, except for the bolts that the cables attach to on the truck. CAn anyone tell me the specs of these bolts? CAn I just go buy a replacement at Home DEpot, or somewhere? OR do I need to go to the dealer for OE bolts which will cost who knows what?

The bolts for the cables are only made for the cables and can only be bought at the dealer.
