I just received my new 2500 HD LS

I just received my new 2500 HD LS with the 8.1 liter engine and allison trans. The color is Victory Red. What a kick ass truck this is. It drives very smooth and quiet. Hooked my trailer with my atv's and did not know it was behind me. This enginetrans combo is awesome. This is my first truck, but I did research before I bought it. Was heavy on the Ford 250 before reading and seeing this beautiful truck. I got the Crew Cab also. This is a keeper.......................What are the common mods being done to this truck?

He congrats on the new truck the red must look sweet. and the crew cab man they must be selling like crazy seem like everybody wants a crew cab.

Congrats! Excellent choice on color and CC style. I'm still debating when I order one on the white or red. Side note: a study was done a few years back, can't remember the source, but it revealed that "red" vehicles are the most likely to get pulled over for speeding. Must be that "flashy" color or something. Anyway, enjoy the new Big Block but keep an egg under the gas pedal ;)

Congrats on the new truck and welcome to the forum. I think that Kodak will proccess pictures then e-mail them to you. I am not sure what the cost is.

Way to go. Good selection on the CC. Wish I had room for the CC in my garage, but the short box, ext. cab will barely make it. You got one helluva strong truck with that 8.1 and Allison trans. Big Blue is right about the red color, you will probably be stopped by the cops so they can check it out. Just have a box of donuts in the back seat.<g>

HaHa, believe it or not i had 600 miles on the first 2 days I had it. I towed on the 3rd day..........so I am ok......................am I nuts or what.........................

Yes, Red does attract Cops...........but, with a valentine 1 radar detector, and juice with some of the cops, I think I should be ok.................!!
