I have a 1991 chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 with tbi fuel injection. It has a horrible miss at about 1/2 to 3/4 throttle and never picks up again. It has a horrible time starting in the mornings in cold weather. It will start and idle at REALLY low rpm and if i hit the gas at all it will die. I have replaced the distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, coil, ESC module, throttle position sensor, Idle Air Control, and both injectors. Nothing except for the distributor has changed anything. Before the distributor was replaced it wouldnt even start. thanks for any help.

Definately check your timing. If it's off, then try bringing it back in (I am presuming you know how or have someone who does know, since you changed the distributor). If it won't come back in without the truck running worse, then your timing CHAIN is probably stretched and needs replaced. It's around an hour's labor on these trucks (at least for me) and about a $30 part at most auto parts stores.
