door hinge lubricating

what works the best as far as lubricating/grease the door hinges? My 2001 Denali rear doors are creaking pretty bad and needs grease or lubricant.

AMSOIL makes a Heavy Duty Metal Protectant that works well on hinges. Doesn't attract dust.

 

I also have seen some use a spray lithium grease.

I use white lithium grease that is in a tube. The spray is good for some applications like garage door opener chains, but for doors, the solid form is neater.
