285s

Can i fit 285s on a 1998 gmc 1500 z71 with out cranking on the torsion bars, major trimming, or rubbing. And does anyone know if a 285 will fit where the spare tire would go! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I am pretty sure that you will have to crank the torsion bars up. Im not sure about the spare tire though.

i have been told i can fit a 35'' spare for underneath my truck, but i haven't had the money to buy another spare or the time to look into if that was really the truth

Did both on mine no cranking no trimming no rubbing. truck was 1999 classic body
