Having the same thing on my truck took bugshield off sound went away going totry and run a small line of black RTV sealer along the seam of windshield molding hope it works and doesn't look like #### lol

The dealer proved to me that it was the Lund bugshield working on the side windshield moldings. If I was going to keep the truck I'd go the RTV route also. It's a lot of noise.

I have the BugflectorII on my HD and it makes the same noise at highway speeds.  I'll probably put some 2-face tape on the molding when the weather gets warmer...

I installed the bug deflector for the HD from my Chevy dealer. It fits close and I get no noise at all. That's the one you should go with. It also screws in with supplied screws and nuts. No drilling is required. It cost me 85 dollars..........

I had my wife lean over the dash and get as close to the windshield as she could to see if she could tell what was making the noise on my truck. It was NOT the molding, it's the small rubber flap that covers the hood hinge. I put Velcro on the rubber part and the hood hinge. Noise went away. Have someone check for the samething on your trucks. I think you will find it's not molding.

Had the same problem with my windsheild.  Dealer says it is commoin problem with the bug sheild... on my truck it is not the flaps that cover the hood hinges... been there already.... the service advisor recently called me to say that GM is redesigning the moulding and will be replacing mine under warranty.  Anyone else hear of this?  He asked for my name, truck specifics, etc. and put me on a list.  No word yet but I'm waiting to see if this will really cure the problem.  Right now I use electrical tape and replace it about every other week (run all the way up each side of windsheild)... this stopped the noise in my truck.
