Sold my Silverado today and the Impala is going on Saturday. Trading it on a 2003 Acura MDX and the day after Christmas I bought a 2003 Jeep Rubicon with 9700 miles on it.

I am looking for a good service truck and will probly be a Chevy, but can a "Chevy-less" guy still hang out here or an I voted off the island? :P

Impala is a 2002 model with 76k miles. Nice car, but we are disappointed with the interior quality and especially the road noise when driving.

Sold my truck because I wanted a Jeep. I have since childhood and especially the last couple years. Our first intention was to buy a 2500 Suburban for me to drive and the wife would continue with the Impala, but I could not bring myself to spend $35k on a nearly new Suburban when she will need a new car in a couple years anyway, so we are spending. $42k and getting two newer vehicles and I will end up buying some sort of cheap service truck for the business. The idea of working and getting into my nearly new and very expensive Suburban bothered me some as well. I would hate to get paint or drywall mud off my pants on the interior or God forbid spill something in the cargo space!

I really enjoyed that truck and will probly regret selling it too, but it was just too nice for what I was doing with it and constantly dealing with towels all over the interior was getting to be a pain as well.

As for the 2003 model, I know about the exhaust and tail lights, but did not notice the guages. The one we are getting is Silver with Nav. Finding Nav and RES in Silver at the right price is tough to do. Definately not as many MDX's out there as there are Tahoe's or Suburbans.

Since you commented, anything bad I should know about the MDX? From what I have gathered, they are very solid vehicles.
