Gators "Champs" Again

If any of you didn't watch the game.... You missed an awesome showing! This win was almost as good as the 1996 National Championship victory. Now Florida has one thing no other college does: Two National Championships in two different sports (Football and Basketball) AT THE SAME TIME !

All I can say is: GO GATORS!

AWESOME game!!!

After the first 16 seconds were over, the GATORS never looked back.

I went to Atlanta for the SEC Championship game. Sure wish I could have made the trip to Arizona!!!!

I will be totally honest...I did not see this one coming. I thought it would be a good game but the other way around. Congrats Gator fans.

Not me I picked it but I thought OHIO State would get some clean up cheap td's 42 - 28.... I was close!!!

Ohio State and the entire Big 10 was/is overated year in and year out. They beat each other up excuse has been beaten to death. They are at best "par" teams with Norte Dame type hype.

Congrats to Florida, get rid of Myer to the pro's before he wins a bunch more titles!!!

I did, they finished the same amount in the top ten as the big 10.

Big east was it this year 5 - 0 in the bowls.

Florida proved what smart college fans already knew. Michigan and Ohio State where "ok" nothing special. USC, LSU, Auburn WVU and maybe even Boise State would have beaten OSU last night.

Just so you know:

3 SEC teams in the top 10

3 Big 10 schools (tie)

2 Big east schools

1 Pac 10

1 wac

My 1 complaint how can a team lose by 4 touchdowns and still be ranked #2. Seriously, it's like OSU has ND type hype!!!

IMO I think LSU should be number 2 ONLY because they beat up Notre Dame. I know before any of you say it that Notre Dame has a bad record in Bowl Games (GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE OVERRATED) but when you thrash a team like LSU did, they deserve No 2. I think Boise should be third only because of their schedule BUT I do believe this year was the year of under dogs!

As far as getting rid of Meyer.... Ain't gonna happen folks. I bet you that right now in Gainesville, they are pulling down the old pictures of Spurrier and replacing them with the new Sheriff in town. I know you will never see a FireUrbanMeyer.com website like the one Ron Zook had. BTW, that was a cool website.

All I can say is the Big 10 = Big 2 + 8. Let this be a lesson, the SEC is STILL the FASTEST conference and Monday night proved that. The little kid crying in the stands with his Ohio State daddy fan made me laugh my A$$ off

Yea. I grew up in a Big 12 (Oklahoma) house and now I'm a student at Houston, but I have to agree with you. My 1-2 is without question Florida-LSU.

Anyone catch that Liberty Bowl? Ended up being a great game. Wish the right team woulda come out on top.

The Sooners should be tough next year if they can find themselves leadership at Quarterback. I'm not so sure Peterson is gonna leave, but I don't think either way its gonna make much difference. Patrick and Brown are both studs and they proved it this year.

The Big East may have finished with the best record in bowls, but when the level of competition isn't up to what the SEC and others play than it shouldn't even really be compared. But I guess the rules are rules. Congrats to Big East for 5-0. But I'm STILL blows away at the Gators. #1 in Football and should be returning to #1 in basketball after North Carolina goin' down to VT.
