my 98 tahoe acts up?

Hello G.M Tech. I purchase a 98 tahoe a coulpe of months ago. I got rear ended and replaced my rear end. After the accident my truck was never the same. Now 2k$. later r.p.m neddle goes crazy i have check the fuel pump, sensors on the transmittion, and nothing changes.Also my service engine ligth goes on and off, and my p.o brake ligth on the dash board. Oh yeah i took my truck to the dealer and they told me it was my catalic converter. But $735.00 later the problem is not resolve. Any suggestions will be apreciated, thank you for your time...

You need to have it scanned for codes and post back. Could be a lot of things.

Without knowing codes, it could be possible that your ignition is going out, the same type of thing happened to mine
