The HD doesn't sit level

Is this just when you have a full tank of gas?  300 some gallons of gas may be the culprit, but if it does it on an empty tank take it back to the dealer they should be able to get you a new spring pack for that side or re-arch those.

300 gallons, I would think that would cause a little sag! :)

That's quite a big gas tank.  I'd have to take out a loan just to keep it filled.  LOL  :)

When my truck was brand new it sat 1.5" lower on the back driver's side than on the back passenger=side.  I was kinda worried about it to be honest I was like man I'm paying so much for this truck and it doesn't even sit level.  Then after loading it a few times and cycling the suspension the truck has managed to level itself.  If you measure both sides at the very back of the truck to the rails my 4x4 measures 55.5" hope this helps.   :)
