Help With A Vehicle Order

My regular salesman is on vacation and I was wondering if there is anyone here that can lookup a vehicle order status and possibly a TPW for me on my truck.

 

The order number is: KSBB7B

 

I called the dealership last week and talked to the general manager. He said that my truck was at Order Status 3000. He said that meant it was built. Actually 3800 means it has been built, 3000 only means that the order has been accepted by the factory. So the general manager is either blowing smoke up my *** or he's just kinda clueless.

I ordered mine 26 Dec. When I called the dealer 4 weeks later they had no build date or any date at all. The dealer GM called GM and they said although it was not in the computer the truck was built and waiting shipping. Bottom line is 5 weeks to the day the truck arrived and I picked it up last night. Let me tell you that this is one awsome truck (Z71 extended cab LTZwith 6.0 engine) Hope you get yours soon and all I can add that the order system worked for me. Good luck

I ordered min on Jan 9th, (atleast thats when I confirmed the purchase w/ my dealer). Called him on tuesday and he gave me a build date of March 11th, so about 8 weeks after my order. I'll hopefully get it by the end of march.

Is yours a NBS? 4X4? How is the mileage so far and have you towed anything yet?

Is yours a NBS? 4X4? How is the mileage so far and have you towed anything yet?

 

NBS?? It is 4x4 Z71 and only had it three days so no towing yet plus they recommend 500 easy miles before towing. I have a big bassboat I will be using soon but not worries about the towing

Thanks for the replies guys. I talked to my salesman this morning and he said he would get back to me. Still no word. Is this some big GM secret?
