Newer Chevy Truck Seats in an 85 K10?

Is it possible to install bucket seats from a newer chevy truck in an 85 K10?

I found a set from an 02 silverado, and was curious how hard it would be to install.

Has anyone here done the swap or have pics?

My brother in law swapped a dodge ram seat into his 86 Chevy it looks really good it was fairly straight forward he just made an adapter to the rails on the dodge seat into the four holes in the floor.

Do the bolt holes line up?

If not you might have to fab new rails to get them to fit

I'm gonna try to put some 05' tahoe seats into my 53 suburban. all i'm gonna do is drill some holes and use some backing plates!

I used seats out of a 95 Suburban in my 87 Suburban, I took the tracks off the old seats and drilled holes in the bottom of the new seats to bolt them on. They look nice and work very well.
