High-flow cats on a 5.3

I already have a magnaflow catback and the sound is pretty good. I like it alot. How much louder would welding up a set of highflow cats from either magnaflow or another manufacturer make it. I live in NH and we do have inspections and sound laws so would this be stupid loud to annoy the sound police or would it still be reasonable? Thanks

Itll change the tone some but not much. Stockers already flow pretty well!!
