Getting a 2000 Sierra 1500 4x4...wanting 6 inches of lift...I hate the look of poking out wheels...who makes the best lift kit? And what about fabtech?

any well known name, like rancho, pro comp, superlift, and of course Fabtech. I think it really comes down to cost, but i did my lift through 4wheelparts find one close to you and they are SURE to have a deal going on for lifts for your specific truck, thats why i got fabtech is because they were having a sale on that particular suspension lift, so i would just do that or look on there website www.4wheelparts.com

 

if you're looking to go bigger than 6'' look at CST or Full Throttle suspension lifts, cuz i know from experience once you go 6'' w/ 35'' tires you wanna get 37'' tires and so on...

I would seriously look in to RCD suspension lifts. I have an 06 sierra that I have been wanting to lift up. From everyone i hear from the RCD is hands down the best, with fabtech running a close second. You may not have heard their name before, but for the best lift quality, and stock-like ride, go RCD.
