O2 sensor heater malfunction

I have a 99 suburban. Check engine light came on and 2 miles down the road it quit. Looked at the code and it showed P0161 which is the O2 sensor heater malfunction (bank 2 sensor 2). What's your thought? Change the sensor and which one is it?

bank 2 sensor 2 - that would be the bank that does NOT have cylinder#1. Sensor 2 is AFTER the cat.

I doubt if that is the reason it quit, but you can start there and see what happens.
