Tonneau Cover: Unique Problem, Advice Requested

I am shopping for a Silverado 1500 4WD Crew Cab SB.

 

I want a hard, removable, same color tonneau cover, but I see the GM solution is color limited. I searched these forums and checked around the internet and concluded this won't be a dealbreaker; I can get a color matched after market model.

 

My real concern is that I want to readily put on and take off a lightweight, pop-up style truck camper for weekend trips. Physical strength for removing the tonneau is not an issue. But, I will need a hard tonneau cover that, when removed, will leave no obstructions for putting on the small camper.

 

Are there any covers out there that will meet this requirement? Should I stick with the GM cover? Is this idea not actually possible?
