How do you aim the foglights in 03+ Chevy?

On the back of them there is a threaded stud that I'm sure is the adjustment, but there is no thumbscrew or end that I can see to adjust it with? I know the 01 had a thumbscrew that I could twist the adjustment up or down, but these new ones don't have such a thing.

IIRC, there's a hex screw on the bottom rear of the fog lamp housing that you use to adjust them up or down.
