Adding airbags

When I load the bed with about 1600-1800lbs and tow my trailer the hitch drops about 2.5".

 

I'm well within the weight ranges I put the rig on a Cat scale.

 

I drove almost 2,000 miles and the truck trailer drove fine just ass down.

 

I want to see if I can level this thing out.

 

I'm having some people tell me the Airbags are the way to go pump 'um up to maybe 75lbs they will raise the rear end.

 

Any input on this?

They will level the truck for sure. We have them on our 8.1 farm trucks. In the spring we pull seed trailers that weigh 16,000 lbs + and the bags keeg the truck level.
