Low Speed Ac - Obs

Hey guys,

 

1994 RCSB with the 4.3L and the digital climate control. I've noticed that my AC works great on low-med, med, med-high and high speeds but does not work on low speed. The AC Control Head is original and so are the AC relays behind the glove box.

 

I've recently been given the opportunity to pull a few parts off of a dead 1994 and those were among the parts I was gonna grab.

 

Can anyone explain how the AC works? Does each speed (or a few speeds) have their own relay? I was thinking that the relay is likely the problem and not the control head, because the AC works great otherwise. I believe there are 3 or 4 relays behind the glove box.

 

Ideas? Thoughts?
