For those of you familiar with the decontenting that started in ’03 and kept going deeper and deeper through ’07 on the GMT-800 line, one key feature that went away after some early ‘04s was the dual visors—one large with light and mirror and one secondary underneath.

 

Have had these on our ’02 Avalanche and then, by luck, our early build ’04 Suburban, and though small, the difference with the extra visor is very desirable. I always wanted a set for my ’95 Cadillac at the same time, so I found and bought a set of light beige ones from an ’01 Tahoe—problem is, the mounts are in similar places, but otherwise too large to fit.

 

But they’ll plug right in PERFECTLY to any ’99-07 GMT-800 truck or SUV and would be a great upgrade for any ’04-07 that had the cheaper visors missing a piece.
